Know your weakness and turn them into your strength by acupuncture

What is Acupuncture?

According to traditional Chinese medical theory, acupuncture points are situated on meridians along which Qi, the vital energy, flows. According to the National Institute of Health consensus statement on acupuncture, these traditional Chinese medical concepts “are difficult to reconcile with contemporary biomedical information but continue to play an important role in the evaluation of patients and the formulation of treatment in acupuncture.”

The earliest written record that is available about acupuncture is Huangdi Neijing, which suggests acupuncture originated in China and would explain why it is most commonly associated with traditional Chinese medicine. Acupuncture has been the subject of active scientific research since the late 20th century. The World Health Organization endorses acupuncture for approximately two dozen conditions, and says evidence is suggestive, but inconclusive for several dozen more.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Chinese Medicine, also known as TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) includes a range of traditional medicinal practices originating in China. Major theories include those of Yin-Yang, and the Five elements, body channel system, Zang-Fu organ theory, etc. TMC practices include herbal medicine, acupuncture, and TuiNa massage. All above methods are pure, natural ways to simulate body organs, muscles, and bones. Letting the body to recover naturally thus healing itself.
